Our prices are the most competitive around, and we regularly check our prices to keep it that way. That’s why we can confidently promise that, should you be given a lower quote for the same work, we will beat that price.

Our price beat promise applies to services provided by web designers based anywhere throughout New Zealand, but does not apply to countries outside New Zealand.

The only case we cannot provide a price beat is for website design agencies that charge on a month by month (subscription) bases with no or minimal upfront charge. This is because we quote upfront, instead of ongoing monthly subscription payments.

The reason for this is that we believe subscription payments are unfair on the client as while there may be a small charge upfront, over the long term, subscription payments lead to much higher price for a website. However, if the client is to produce a quote of this type, we will give them a very cost effective alternative that will work out cheaper in the long run.

Our price beat promise covers ‘like for like’ work. For example, if your quote is for a 5 page website including blog page then we will price beat for a 5 page website including a blog page. If your quote does not include web hosting, then we will price beat for website design without web hosting.

The margin we beat your quote by could be a lot or a little, it really depends on the quality of the quote you give us. We have been in scenarios where our quotes have been thousands of dollars cheaper and other cases where we have beaten the prices by hundreds of dollars.

If the quote you provide us with is from a non GST registered website designer we will beat their price before we add GST.

Finally, our price beat promise is issued subject to availability. For example, if your quote includes a 2 week turnaround time, but we currently have a waiting list of clients, then we will beat the price as soon as we have availability.
